Create activity

Goal

Use activities to record events and store key information. You can connect an activity to your work using projects. This tool is for documentation only and does not include reminders.

Warning
There is no reminder function for activities. Use activities to document what happened.

Procedure

Step 1 — Open activities

Click Activity in the main menu to open the activities start page.


Step 2 — Start a new activity

Click Add new.

Step 3 — Enter activity details

Fill in the form. Start with these required fields:

- Select the activity type from the drop-down list.
- Set the date.

Optional: connect the activity to a project and add any notes you need.

Step 4 — Save

Click Save. The activity is created.

Idea
You can attach files to an activity. Use the steps below.

Step 5 — Add files

Attach documents using one of these options:
- Click select files... (left side).
- Or drag and drop files into the upload area (right side).

Step 6 — Download files

Uploaded files appear in a list. To download a file, double-click the link in its File path.

Step 7 — Delete files

To remove a file: select the checkbox to the left of the file name, click the trashbin, and confirm.
