Goal
This article explains how to update an existing activity. You will learn how to open the activities list, find the correct record, and make changes. The system saves your changes automatically.
Procedure
Step 1: Open activities
From the main menu, go to CRM > Activity. You can also open the activities page directly here: activities.
Step 2: Find the activity
Use the search field to type part of the subject, company, or other known details. If you prefer, scroll through the list until you find the correct activity.
Step 3: Open the activity details
Double-click the row of the activity you want to update. This opens the full details view.
Step 4: Update the activity
Change the fields you need (for example: Subject, Due date, Status, Priority, or Notes). The system saves your updates automatically—there is no Save button to press.
