Goal
This article shows how to find, open, and update an existing contact. The system saves your changes automatically, so you can leave the page when you are done.
Procedure
Click "Contact" in the main menu to open your contacts list. Use the search field and start typing a value. The system filters matching contacts as you type. For example, type "carl" to find contacts with this text.
The search checks all columns in the contacts overview. You can search by name, title, phone number, email, and more.
Double-click the contact row you want to edit. The contact details page opens.
Step 3: Edit details and let the system auto-save
Click any field and update the information (for example, name, title, phone, or email). Changes are saved automatically. When finished, you can close the page or navigate away—no Save button is required.
If some fields cannot be edited, your user role may not have permission to change them. Please contact your administrator.
