Edit a contact

Goal

Open a contact from a company so you can review or edit the contact information.

Procedure

Step 1: Open the companies list

In the CRM menu, click Company to open the companies list.


Step 2: Open the company record

Double-click the company you want to open.


Step 3: Show related contacts

On the company page, click the Contact tab to display the related contacts.


Step 4: Open the contact

Click the contact name (for example, “Max”). The contact record opens.


Idea
After the contact opens, you can review or edit the available fields, depending on your permissions. If editing options are not visible, please contact your administrator.
