Goal
This article explains how to delete one or more contacts linked to a company in the system.
Procedure
Step 1: Open the Company list
In the CRM menu, click Company.
Step 2: Open the company
Double-click the company you want to open.
Step 3: Show related contacts
Inside the company, click Contact to view the contacts linked to this company.
Step 4: Select the contact(s) to delete
Select the contact or contacts you want to delete.
To select multiple contacts, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (macOS) while clicking each contact.
Step 5: Delete the selection
Click the Delete button.
Deleting contacts is permanent. Make sure you selected the correct contact(s) before you confirm.
Step 6: Confirm
Confirm the deletion in the dialog. The selected contact(s) are deleted.
