Delete quotation

Goal

This article explains how to permanently delete a quotation from the system. Use these steps if you need to remove a quotation that is no longer needed.

Warning
Deleted quotations cannot be restored.

Procedure

Step 1: Find the quotation

Open the quotations list. Use the search box to find the quotation by free text, customer name, quotation name, or quotation number.


Step 2: Select the quotation

Mark the checkbox to the left of the quotation you want to remove. Make sure you selected the correct record.


Step 3: Click the Delete (trashcan) icon

Click the trashcan icon in the upper-right corner to start the deletion.


Step 4: Confirm the deletion

In the confirmation dialog, review your choice and click Delete to confirm. This action cannot be undone.


Idea
Before deleting, double-check the quotation number and customer to avoid removing the wrong record.
