This article shows how to update an existing quotation. You will learn how to change quantity, format, print material, and ink settings. At the end, you can also customize the product view to show only the columns you need.
Open quotations. Use the search box to find your quotation. You can search by quotation number, product name, or a customer’s companies or contacts name.
Double-click the quotation you want to change.
The product view opens. Here you can edit item details for the quotation.
Click the Quantity field and type the new value. Press Tab to leave the field and apply the change.
Click (or press Tab into) the Format field. A pop-up opens. Choose a standard format from the drop-down list. Double-click the format or press Tab to confirm.

There are several ways to select the print material in the Material field:
Option 1: If you know the article number, type it. The matching material appears.
Option 2: Quick search. Start typing a material property (for example, name or part of the format). A suggestion list appears. Double-click the desired material.
Option 3: Open the full list. Click the gear icon to open the material overview. Then search and select the material.
Click the gear icon to open the full material list.
Type a material property (name or part of the format). A list of suggestions appears.
Double-click the desired material. The material is applied, and you return to the product view.
Click (or press Tab into) the Ink settings field. A pop-up opens.
Enter the number of colors and the color specifications. Confirm to apply your changes.
Your quotation is now updated. The system saves your changes.

Click the three dots (more options) in any column header.
In the small pop-up, click "Columns".
In the pop-up, you see a list of all columns. Check to show a column. Uncheck to hide it. When ready, click Save.
Click the plus (+) near the view selector to save your current column setup.
Enter a name for your view and click Save.
Your view is saved and can be selected from the list. You can save several views.
