Delete address

Goal

Delete an address record from the system. This removes the address from the address list. It does not change existing documents that already use this address.

Warning
If an address is used in the system (for example as a delivery address on existing orders), it will not be removed from those specific documents. Only the address record in the list is deleted.

Procedure

Step 1: Open addresses

In the CRM module, click Address to open the list. You can also go directly to addresses.


Step 2: Find the company address

In the list, click the Search field and type the company name. You can also scroll to find the address you want to delete. If you need to review company details, open companies in a separate tab.


Idea
Type part of the company name or street to narrow the list. Clear the search box to see all results again.

Step 3: Select the address

Tick the checkbox to the left of the address row you want to remove.


Idea
You can select multiple addresses by ticking more than one checkbox before deleting.

Step 4: Click Delete

Click the trash bin icon to delete the selected address.


Step 5: Confirm deletion

In the confirmation dialog, click Yes to confirm. The address is deleted.
