Procedure

Step 1: What’s new in 2025-08-24

  • Documents and communication
    • Email signatures can be used on purchase orders.
    • Outgoing messages view is rebuilt for faster loading and clearer columns (Datatype, Object, Sales manager, Customer with links). All files are accessible.
  • Workflow statuses
    • Products: External production, Proofing in progress.

    1. Orders: Proofing in progress.
  • Webhooks and public API
    • New webhook topic CreateOrder. Triggers on order creation in the UI, API, and when converting a quotation or order.
    • New Public API endpoints: PaymentTerms and DeliveryTerms (add and delete).
    • Payment terms support “days from today” or “days from end of month” for accurate expiration dates.
    • Transport endpoints extended: you can add a transport on an order via the API.
  • Articles, stock, and Excel
    • Excel for articles is reworked: export and import share the same template. Remove a column to avoid updating that field. Imports show precise errors with line numbers.
    • You can add a new article need without specifying an article (unit defaults to pieces).
    • Purchase unit in the article list now shows badges for easy filtering and searching and updates automatically after changes in UI, API, or Excel.

Idea
Tip for Excel import: Export first to get the latest structure. Edit only the columns you want to change, remove the rest, then import.
  • Pricing and VAT
    • Markup behavior on a product is updated. If you set a gross price (via price list or manual input), the system calculates markup and sets it to read-only.
    • VAT accounts now support custom VAT rates (not limited to a fixed dropdown).

Warning
Custom VAT rates outside the former standard set are handled correctly in custom reports only. Core reports do not support them.
  • Files and views
    • The Files tab now supports search, filter, and saving views like other tabs.
  • Planning and performance
  • Translations and UX
    • Separate translation keys for “Transport sent” and “Order confirmation sent” on orders.
    • Tags are shown in alphabetical order.
    • Option for custom product format in dropdown is translated correctly.
    • Campaign support: set a favorite campaign address on the company card and export a campaign list from contacts (includes selected contacts).

  • Fixes (selection)
    • Reservations are not affected by negative article consumption reports.
    • Global tag migrates correctly when converting between quotations and orders.
    • Overwriting a selected work object when adding an order via the API is fixed.
    • Tiered pricing works for product templates with product groups.
    • Available quantity and stock requirements calculate correctly when stock balance is zero.

Step 2: What’s new in 2025-07-27

  • Article Needs and Reports
    • New columns in the Article Needs list: Article tag, Available quantity, Planned delivery.
    • Article Reports: aggregates added (Intake, Production, Delivered, Price, Cost) and export to Excel/PDF.
  • Planning and operations
    • New “Ignore planning” switch on an operation. If set to Yes, the operation is not planned.

    1. Price per square meter now shown in summaries for quotation, order, and product.
    2. Cost column aggregation added to the time report listt
    3. Transport type (Internal/External) handled more clearly: internal transports do not generate invoice rows and are not included in total price; type is included in all report API endpoints.
    4. Custom sheet format re-calculates when material changes on a product; use the lock icon to keep the current format.
  • Post-calculation and Project Card
    • Post-calculation endpoint now provides complete data.
    • Project card enhanced with tabs for Quotations and Orders; description supports rich text.
  • New reports

    2. Transports related to quotations are not shown in the transport list.
    3. New endpoint for updating planning cards (for external integrations).
  • Printing plates handling (announced earlier) is now implemented for offset presses via plate articles and will support stock management and accurate costing.

  • Navigation from Article Needs to an order works correctly.
  • Purchase order number and status are shown in Article Needs list.

Step 6: What’s new in 2025-04-22

  • Imposition and folding
    • You can specify the number of ups per edition on a specific imposition sheet in the folding block window. If the layout cannot be plotted exactly, plotting goes as far as possible while calculations follow your settings.
