Procedure
Step 1: What’s new in 2025-08-24
- Orders: Proofing in progress.
Tip for Excel import: Export first to get the latest structure. Edit only the columns you want to change, remove the rest, then import.
Pricing and VAT
- Markup behavior on a product is updated. If you set a gross price (via price list or manual input), the system calculates markup and sets it to read-only.
- VAT accounts now support custom VAT rates (not limited to a fixed dropdown).
Custom VAT rates outside the former standard set are handled correctly in custom reports only. Core reports do not support them.
Files and views
- The Files tab now supports search, filter, and saving views like other tabs.
Planning and performance
Translations and UX
- Separate translation keys for “Transport sent” and “Order confirmation sent” on orders.
- Tags are shown in alphabetical order.
- Option for custom product format in dropdown is translated correctly.
- Campaign support: set a favorite campaign address on the company card and export a campaign list from contacts (includes selected contacts).
Fixes (selection)
- Reservations are not affected by negative article consumption reports.
- Global tag migrates correctly when converting between quotations and orders.
- Overwriting a selected work object when adding an order via the API is fixed.
- Tiered pricing works for product templates with product groups.
- Available quantity and stock requirements calculate correctly when stock balance is zero.
Step 2: What’s new in 2025-07-27
- Price per square meter now shown in summaries for quotation, order, and product.
- Cost column aggregation added to the time report listt
- Transport type (Internal/External) handled more clearly: internal transports do not generate invoice rows and are not included in total price; type is included in all report API endpoints.
- Custom sheet format re-calculates when material changes on a product; use the lock icon to keep the current format.
- Material in stock: displays article information (used for warehouse labels).
- Help icons appear next to all form fields with translated explanations; units (mm, m², kg, etc.) added to form fields.
Step 3: What’s new in 2025-06-29

- User and date columns added on article reports; cost update issue for edited time reports is fixed.
- All operations added on top level in Report API for Quotation, Order confirmation, and Invoice.
- Shop floor data collection supports negative consumption (return material to stock).
- SKU added to product template register.
- Time and article reports are now related to the operation (not the planning card). You will see reports across split planning cards.
- Product name column added in the shop floor data collection wizard (useful for batch reporting).
- Transport date mapping in Report API delivery note fixed (planned delivery/arrival now correct with proper fallback).
- Folding performance can depend on folding method.
- Default email subject is translated to the current language.
- Tablet row-selection issue in lists is fixed.
- Article Needs list performance improved.
- It is possible to pause a planning card from the planning card tab on an order.

- Post-calculation actions/report settings updated on order card to enable roll-out of custom post calculations.
- Stock balance column added in shop floor data collection.
- Font updated for non-Latin alphabets.
- Transports related to quotations are not shown in the transport list.
- New endpoint for updating planning cards (for external integrations).
- Printing plates handling (announced earlier) is now implemented for offset presses via plate articles and will support stock management and accurate costing.
Step 4: What’s new in 2025-06-09
After a major release, clear your browser cache so updates display and work correctly: on Windows press Shift + F5; on macOS press Command + Shift + R; or clear cache in your browser settings.
- Conversions are now visible on the quotation, order, and invoice cards.
- Planning engine ignores planning cards with status Done, allowing other cards to be placed at the same time.
Forecasts (new concept)
- Sales forecasts: define name, period, and detailed rows by date (e.g., week/month), with Sales manager, Company, Product template, and target Amount.
- Production forecasts: define name, period, and detailed rows by date with Work object and targets for Speed, Availability, Performance, and Quality.
- These are available in the BI API for dashboards.
Key figures and lists
- New KPIs in summaries for quotation, order, and product: Product weight, Product thickness.
- Article reports are available as a list in the main menu (overview of consumption across all planning cards).
- New endpoints for Cut-Down formats (account-specific lists).
- New Public API endpoints to update invoice status (important for financial integrations).
- Profitability KPIs fixed in summaries (Cost, System price, Price, CM1, CM2, CR1, CR2).
- Additional scheduler filters by supplier (useful for subcontracting).
- Tags can be used on invoices.
- Multiple default email receivers on a customer card (separate emails with a semicolon ;).
- Unified files overview across a quotation/order and their products/child products.
Performance and UX
- Improved search handling in lists (waits until you stop typing).
- Performance gains: Article Need (~50%), Quotation and Order (~75%), Planning card (~33%), Planning scheduler (~50%).
- Ink handling: varnish type inks do not create printing plates and are excluded from intake count.
Step 5: What’s new in 2025-05-15
- If no custom margins are set in the extension, defaults now come from account settings.
- Scheduling: planning cannot be placed in the past; if an older date is selected, planning starts from current time.
- Work object on an operation updates correctly when changed on the product header.
- Navigation from Article Needs to an order works correctly.
- Purchase order number and status are shown in Article Needs list.
- Manually added article needs now display correctly.
- Actual article cost after production: if a different article is reported, cost comes from the new article; if the same article is reported, cost comes from pre-calculation (not the article master). Price changes after calculation do not affect that cost.
Step 6: What’s new in 2025-04-22
