Why is no material price shown in the calculation?

Why is no material price shown in the calculation?

Issue: You have selected a material for a job or calculation, but the system displays a price of 0.00 or fails to populate a cost, even though the material itself exists in the library.

Cause: When adding a material to the Resource Library the price must be explicitly added to the Resource price table within the resource's details.

Resolution: To fix this, you must add a price entry to the specific resource card.
  1. Navigate to Purchase > Resource via the main menu.

  2. Search for and click on the name of the resource you wish to edit to open its details.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the tabbed section.

  4. Ensure the Resource price tab is selected.

  5. Enter the required cost details directly into the table columns (e.g., Unit, Quantity, Price).

Note: The system registers the entry in the table immediately without the need to save.

Once done, return to your calculation and press 'Recalculate'; the correct cost should now appear.
