Goal
Learn how to customize which columns you see in the products list and save your setup as a reusable view. This helps you switch quickly between different views without needing support.
Procedure
Step 1: Start from a general view
Open the products page. If you are on a filtered view, switch back to a general (default) view so you see all records before you begin.
Tip: You can customize your product view by hiding or showing columns to create your own view. Follow the steps below.
Step 2: Open the column menu
In the list header, click the three dots on any column header to open the column actions.
Step 3: Choose “Columns”
In the small pop-up menu, click Columns.
Step 4: Select which columns to show and save
In the Columns window, you will see a list of all available columns. Check the columns you want to show and uncheck the columns you want to hide. Only the checked columns will appear in the products view. When you are ready, click Save.
Step 5: Start saving your view
To keep this layout for later use, save it as a view. Click the + (plus) button in the view selector.
Step 6: Name and save the view
Enter a clear name for your view so you can recognize it later, then click Save.
Step 7: Use your saved view
Your view is now saved and can be chosen from the view selector. You can save several views and switch between them when needed.
Tip: This way of customizing views is possible on many pages in the system.
